It’s a BOY!!!

On August 23, 2010, baby Carter came into the world and was able to go home from the hospital to a cool house! Very early that same morning, his mom & dad had called AirCon Service Company in a panic because their AC had died and the house was starting to heat up. AirCon's technician, Leon, was able to come right out, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed even before they had to leave to go to the hospital. That way Grandma Daryln and big brother, Chris Jr., were able to stay comfortable as they awaited the arrival of their newest family member! Once again, it was AirCon to the rescue and we just LOVE those happy endings!!

AirCon fixed what the Home Warranty Company missed...

We found AirCon after our home warranty company kept having to come back to fix our air conditioner over the course of 3 to 4 years. We finally decided to get a new system and chose AirCon because we liked their service after they came out several times after the home warranty company couldn’t fix the problem. Sam gave us an estimate for a new system and we got 2 other proposals. Even though AirCon was not the cheapest, we knew they would give us good service so we went with them. The installers Joey and Mike were just super- they were so polite! We could tell they were concerned about doing a good job. They had extra trouble when the new unit wouldn’t fit and had to remove the attic steps to get it up there. They put everything back when they were done and Wayne even came out and put new molding on the steps of the attic ladder. They had put down nice new canvas to cover the floors and cleaned everything up when they finished. They even vacuumed the floors before they left. We were so pleased with AirCon that we recommended them to our son and Joey and Mike were able to install his system, too. We will definitely use AirCon again.

Thankful for AirCon

We are VERY thankful for AirCon and the awesome service they provided for us this morning. The AC is back up and running.....and it actually cost less than $250! Highly recommend them to people in my area who need AC work. Very impressive!!! And did I mention that I called them at 8:30 this morning and they were here and done before noon??? On a Sunday??? On a holiday weekend???

Finally!

We had "self diagnosed" our upstairs air conditioning issue as an "air flow" problem. One room is freezing, another hot. Our Unit was running 24/7 and our electric bill was thru the roof! The A/C company we were using had told us the duct work was "fine". We called Aircon and had a Tech in our home THE SAME DAY! A second glance and second opinion revealed that the ducts were not run correctly, and missing the parts that direct/control air-flow. Aircon was available to perform the work the next day. My family took the time to get 3 additional bids on this project, hoping to keep the project budget low. With 3 additional bids, this companies remained the lowest, and they were again ready to perform the work the next day, not in a "weeks" time! Great price, fantastic staff, careful in my home! Everything went VERY smoothly

We found out about AirCon through Renee Langdon, at the Friendswood State Farm office. My husband talked to Derek Stewart, the owner of AirCon, and that was enough to make us comfortable with using a new company. My husband called AirCon and Claude the technician came out immediately to give us a proposal and inform us of our options. Once we decided which system to install, Joey and Mike came out and spent two days installing two brand new systems. I think they became “best Friends” with my son while they were there; they all had pizza together for lunch! They had to lay drop clothes everywhere because it was raining the whole time they were working. When they were done, they vacuumed and mopped up before they left. We will absolutely use AirCon again!

We’ve told everyone about you!

Our AC went out on a Tuesday and my husband Googled “Air Conditioning” from his phone. We called the first two companies that came up, but they didn’t answer their phones. It was 4:30pm and then we called AirCon and they not only answered the phone, they had a tech at our house that evening. Leon inspected our AC and I didn’t have the feeling he was trying to take advantage of me. He was very to the point and very friendly. We had a new condenser and coil installed because ours had finally died. The installers were hard workers and arrived on time.  We would definitely use AirCon again- I’ve been telling everyone about you!

AirCon is VERY Reasonably Priced

I’ve used Air-Con Air Conditioning and Heating for several years for the maintenance of my furnace and air conditioner.  Air-Con personnel are extremely professional and friendly people - from the person who sets my appointment to the service person who does the work.  I always receive a friendly call 30 minutes before the service person is to arrive.  They put on “booties” when they arrive to protect my floors and carpets, explain the condition of the unit after it is inspected and advise me of any upcoming replacements so that no additional damage is done.  And Air-Con is very reasonably priced and trustworthy.  I will always recommend Air-Con to others for heating and cooling issues and I will never use anyone but Air-Con Air Conditioning and Heating for my own heating and cooling needs.

Got the job done right!

I had a worry that my air system was contaminated and I wanted to get it cleaned. I spoke with the owner of AirCon and he suggested that I might do well with a device that kills airborne bugs instead of a duct cleaning that may destroy my flexible ducts. He sent out his guy and said we will see what he finds. When the tech arrived he was polite and listened to my story. Then he looked at my system. Within a few minutes he found an issue that I was not aware of. A previous company had not reconnected all the ducts when they installed a new plenum. He showed me why I did not need the device that I was planning on having them install. In the end the cost of the duct repair was much cheaper than what I was planning on purchasing. AirCon is concerned about getting the job done right and not selling you the most expensive thing they can. The result of the fix was that my wife and kids started getting over there persistent colds immediately. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Prompt, Professional, Polite Service

I met some of the folks at AirCon through mutual business friends who said good things about them so I decided to give them a try. I needed some routine non emergency service on one of my A/C systems. Their technician was punctual, professional and polite. He performed the service I needed in a timely manner and left the area where he worked clean.

I consider the price charged for the service rendered to be reasonable and was well satisfied with the overall experience I had with AirCon. In fact, I was impressed enough to sign up for their regular maintenance service so I will definitely be using them again.

I recently had an annual AC service completed by AirCon. They called prior to arriving and showed up on time. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the technician were very friendly and professional. I also referred my business partner to them early one morning when he called me at 8 am to say he'd be late to work because his AC went out. I told him to call Air-Con and even with the heat of Houston and a full schedule they got to him that morning and had the entire unit completed without delay. I was very impressed with AirCon!

I recently had a bad experience with a company that specialized in carpet and air duct cleaning. They had to come out twice to complete the job because they had not properly sealed the plenum. Even after they came out for the second time, they did a poor job to seal the leak. At this point I decided to call AirCon to see if they could help me out. I recalled a friend of mine from church was working for AirCon and I decided to call her and tell her of my experience. She transferred my call to Derek, the manager, and he patiently listened to my dilema. He was very understanding and indicated he could send out a technician to assess the problem, at no cost to me. I received a call within 30 minutes of our conversation informing me that one of the technicians had a cancellation and could be at my house in 40 minutes. I met the technician and showed him where the leak was and the terrible taping job the other company's technician had done. He resealed the plenum and showed me that there was no longer any leaks. I later spoke to Derek and he provided suggestions on how to keep the mold from coming back.

Needless to say, I was very impressed with the owner and the personnel that work for him. They were all very courteous and professional in helping me out in my situation. I am sure I will come back to them for any other AC needs and plan on setting up a yearly maintenance agreement with them. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend AirCon for your AC service needs.

AirCon is like a family

I’ve been using AirCon for years to service my AC and my heater. They are like a family. Several months ago, an AirCon technician came out again to do another repair and he explained to me that my AC and heater were both so old, that I would be better off to replace them or they would nickel and dime me to death. He said that for a little more, I could replace both systems, so that is what I did. It has saved me a lot of money and my AC is very quiet – you can’t really hear it running at all! I’m very pleased with the service I’ve always received from AirCon and that is why I use them. Their techs are very honest and don’t hide anything. As they work, you can tell they know exactly what to do and there’s nobody standing around. I will definitely use AirCon again!

I have been completely satisfied

The gentleman who maintained and serviced my AC and heating systems  for many years retired a few years ago, and AirCon was recommended to me by a friend. Until a few months ago, I had only needed minor repair work and routine inspections and maintenance. In May however, my 25-year-old AC gave out, and after speaking with several companies and with friends who had recently had new systems installed, I chose AirCon to install new AC and heating systems. I have been completely satisfied with the work and have definitely seen the improved efficiency of the new system reflected in my electric bills.

In addition, I can’t say enough about the AirCon personnel. Each and every person with whom I’ve had contact has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very good at their jobs. In a world which no longer seems to value service, this means a great deal to me. I don’t hesitate at all to recommend AirCon.

It has been 6 months since your company put in our new air conditioning and heating system and I have been negligent in sending you my thanks for a job well done. Thanks AirCon!

During an annual service check up, the AirCon technician found that the aged condenser was not operating the way it should. In turn the inside air handler was approximately 80% plugged and obviously needed a replacement of both units. We then had a new condensing unit and air handler installed with the newer freon that is more environmentally safe. We are so pleased! For the first time ever, we have a cool and fresh environment. Thanks Derek ("AirCon") - We are so happy!! I highly recommend you all to anyone who has air conditioning and heating needs."

AirCon is Number ONE

On June 9th 2009, I went to our Friendly Computers location in Webster and discovered that the AC was shut off and temperature in the shop was between 90 and 95 degrees. After shutting down all of our computer equipment including our servers, I called Air-Con and received their after hours number then called for service. Clayton answered and said he would be at our location within half an hour. He didn't arrive as indicated but was 10 minutes early. The thing that impressed me the most about Clayton was his attitude. I disturbed his evening but he was cheerful and enthusiastic about solving our problem. Within 15 minutes, our AC was operating again and cooling as expected. He volunteered to go on the roof and thoroughly check the unit although it seemed to be ok. Air-Con literally saved Friendly Computers several hundred dollars. If we had not received service last night, when we opened for business this morning all our equipment would have been shutdown and we would not even have access to our scheduling software. Air-Con has provided service for Friendly Computers in Webster for almost 3 years but the experience last night made them lifetime "partners." WOW!!!

In mid-June of 2008, we had an 18 SEER 3T 410A Ruud System installed in our home to replace one of the old 10 SEER systems that were installed when the house was built. We knew we were saving on our energy bills but decided to pull out our records for 2007 and 2008 to make a month-by-month comparison to actually see the savings in the last six months of the year.

From July 2008 to January 2009, we used 5223 kwh less than we did from July 2007 to January 2008 and saved $734.07. We just upgraded our second AC unit in February 2010 with another new 18 SEER Ruud System downstairs and can hardly wait to see how much more we will save this summer!
