Meet Our Team:    AirCon's technicians and installers have over 75 combined years of experience repairing, maintaining, and installing air conditioning and heating equipment.

Derek Stewart

As the proud owner of AirCon, Derek says he enjoys "providing jobs for people to support their family and watching them grow" and AirCon has certainly grown these past several years! When asked what he does when he's not at AirCon, he said "I'm usually with my wife chasing after our almost 2 year old. Being a dad is my favorite thing."

Installation Manager

Wayne

WayneAs AirCon's Installation Manager, Wayne is well-loved by AirCon's customers. He spent 6 years out in the field and now works in the office most of the time. "I loved getting to know a lot of our customers when I was out in the field, but now I get to make sure they get the best possible service. I like how AirCon is a family oriented company and will work with me when I have a sick child to care for." On weekends, Wayne enjoys spending time with his daughter. They go to the zoo, the beach, the Kemah Boardwalk, and bowling, just to name a few!

Operations Manager

Clayton

Clayton works hard as our Operations Manager. Our customers who have worked with Clayton know he is "very thorough and professional." Clayton says he "likes the company atmosphere at AirCon" and "enjoys helping the field operations improve their skills and knowledge." When he's not at AirCon, Clayton is "at the barn" taking care of his family's horses and land.

Technicians

Leon  

As one of our three "Favorite Techs", Leon is great with people and really enjoys helping customers get their problems solved in a cost-effective way. When asked about his favorite part of working for AirCon, Leon said, "Dealing with the customers and how AirCon lets me do my job without micro-managing me." Leon has two cats and four dogs (he loves animals) and he enjoys riding a motorcycle in his spare time.

 
Claude

Claude is our tallest technician! "My favorite part of my job is making the customer happy and getting a handshake at the end of the job. I also like the other AirCon employees." When Claude is not at work, he likes to fish, hunt, and ride his Harley with his lovely wife. He has two pet Boxers and volunteers as a firefighter in San Leon on the weekend.

Sam

According to Sam, the best part of working for AirCon is "the people I work with." He also likes "AirCon's professionalism". As one of our friendly technicians, Sam works hard every day to make sure the customer is pleased before he leaves. When he is not at work, Sam loves to play pool. He also enjoys playing guitar.

Installers

Mike

As an AirCon installer, Mike works hard in hot attics all day and never complains. His favorite part of working at AirCon is "being able to help people get the most efficiency and best air quality possible for their home." Mike loves to fish and hunt when he is not helping people at AirCon Service Company.

Nic

As an installer, Nic's favorite part of working for AirCon is "meeting new people and knowing I helped to make them comfortable at night after they've had a day with no AC." Nic loves beach volleyball, basketball, dodge ball, and he can even ride a unicycle - he's a big hit at our AirCon Christmas party!

Joey likes being able "to achieve a goal everyday by using his knowledge to help others. It's very motivating to be recognized by a happy customer after I was able to install a new AC for them." Joey says he "likes the blend of professionalism and friendliness at AirCon." When he's not here, Joey enjoys researching new technology, visiting family and friends, or playing pool. 


Dispatcher

Denise

As our Dispatcher, Denise has a very important job. "Living in Texas, an AC that's not workng is horrible, so it's been a fulfilling experience for me to see to it our Techs are promplty responding to our customers needs and getting their system up and running smoothly again when they call for help." When she's not at the office, Denise is usually home taking care of her dog Andre, or spending time with her precious grandchildren. She also enjoys anything outdoors like fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, camping and gardening.

Administrative Assistant

Barbara

The things Barbara likes best about being AirCon's Administrator are "working with friends who are people of integrity and who have a concern for making the customer a priority. I also like being able to serve and meet the needs of our customers.  Many times we have had service calls to cool the homes of new or expectant mothers, elderly couples, cancer patients and families with small children and knowing AirCon can bring comfort and quality to these people is rewarding to me." When she's not at AirCon, Barbara may be home piecing quilts that she hopes to finish one day by herself. She also loves spending time with her husband and takes every opportunity to spend time with her sweet grandchildren.

 
Marketing Manager

Melissa

As AirCon's Marketing Manager, Melissa loves her job because "I get to educate people on what a great company AirCon is! I love being able to refer them to a trustworthy company and I enjoy hearing their stories after their first 'AirCon experience'! The fact that AirCon is a company that genuinely CARES about customers and employees is a big deal to me and I don't take that for granted." Melissa spends her free time with her daughter. She enjoys kayaking, swimming, taking pictures, playing games, and being a part of her church community.
